A Motion Design Specialist sits on the Creative Studio Production team and focuses solely on tasks that require motion, animation, video, or audio editing. This includes working on video/CTV ads, animated display banners, marketing materials, and sometimes audio post-production as well.

This role requires a high level of autonomy and creativity. This person will receive briefs from Creative Strategists and/or clients but may be required to source storyboards, scripts, brand assets, or stock assets to complete a project.

We\'re looking for someone who doesn\'t mind work that may be repetitive (brands and concepts are always changing, though), are eager to continuously improve their design skillset, can work independently, and show curiosity/interest in innovating what an ad can be!

StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.

We\'ll be reaching out to applicants that have:

• A compelling motion design portfolio
• Strong abilities in After Effects, Premier, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A desire to work autonomously on fast-paced projects across a wide range of industries
• Experience with asset optimization across digital, mobile, and/or video platforms
• Proven story-telling skills with examples to prove it
• Additional consideration given to candidates with advanced experience in: animation, Adobe Animate, HTML & CSS and/or Google Web Designer

Note: all candidates must submit samples, a portfolio or link to a personal website to be considered

• Experience creating ads or videos for programmatic campaigns
• Experience with storyboarding or concepting
• Experience with Google Web Designer or Adobe Audition
• Experience with audio production or editing
• Experience with HTML/CSSBilingual or multilingual capabilities
