We are hiring for a Full-Time Kitchen Supervisor with a wage range of $18.00 - $21.00 at our location in Edmonton, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead daily kitchen operations Assist Restaurant Manager with inventory, labour scheduling, ordering, expense control, and other operational processes to company standards Assist Restaurant Manager with Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and merchandising standards are adhered to by Team Members Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns in the absence of the Restaurant Manager Maintain a clean and sanitized work area Providing an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a food preparation setting A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a bakery or restaurant environment Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills A passion for leading and developing others Comfortable working during peak restaurant hours (i.e. early mornings, daytime, weekends, and holidays) Knowledge of the basic principles of bakery preparation, various baking methods, and food safety regulations Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
