Role Description (How we're different)



This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Agent located in Toronto, ON.

At Zown, our Realtors focus on 100% on client management. You will not be doing showings. Instead you will be focused on assisting clients with buying and selling properties, providing expert advice and guidance, and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.

We require candidates with exceptional communication skills, time management/organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple clients simultaneously, and expert knowledge in real estate.

Advise clients on mortgage financing options, products, and rates available through lenders.

Conduct client assessments to determine borrowing needs, financial standing, and eligibility.

Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and collecting required documentation.

Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure the most suitable mortgage solution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and lawyers to ensure smooth transactions.

Stay current on mortgage market trends, interest rates, and new lending products.

Qualifications



Valid Real Estate License

Experience in mortgage financing, lending, or related financial services preferred.

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit analysis, and the home-buying process.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial terms in simple language.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Strong negotiation skills and a client-first approach.

Proficiency with mortgage software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:



Experience in the Toronto /Ontario real estate market

Knowledge of local zoning and development regulations

Additional languages spoken

Total Pay Range:



Expected total pay range: $140,000 to $200,000
