In this dynamic role, you\'ll get the chance to navigate through complex mortgage recovery processes, work closely with customers, municipalities and internal teams to maintain relationships and find effective solutions for delinquent accounts. Your exceptional organizational skills will be put to use as you prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

• Report to Manager, Mortgage Recoveries at Bridgewater Bank.
• Manage all dishonored payments on mortgage accounts to bring the mortgage into good standing.
• Create an action plan to manage escalating or protracted delinquency based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s circumstances and prior commitments.
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate customers who can\xe2\x80\x99t be contacted or don\xe2\x80\x99t respond to contact attempts.
• Analyze customer\xe2\x80\x99s financial situations.
• Uphold Bridgewater Bank\'s standards of excellence, consistently adhering to Corporate Compliance Requirements and embodying our values of integrity and accountability.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99VE DONE

• You have post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., business/commerce, business management, finance, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience working within a lending institution environment.
• You have at least 2 year of customer service experience preferably in the recovery area.
