We are seeking a dedicated and organized Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in filling mortgage applications and collecting documents . This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries
Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally
Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents as needed
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and bookkeeping preferred
Previous office experience, including administrative roles or customer support positions
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
