Appointments and mortgage applications are sent directly to our mortgage agents.
Instead of chasing cold leads, our subscribed agents receive hot, vetted customers instantly and in real time. Intellitary generates hundreds of thousands of customer referrals -- Intellitary delivers conversations and transactions ready to happen.

who understand the business from the inside and can confidently communicate value to other agents and brokerages across our platform.
This is a
B2B, relationship-driven role
focused on recruiting and on-boarding realtors and mortgage agents into our subscription platform. If you've ever been a realtor, mortgage broker, assistant, or worked closely inside the industry, this role will feel natural and very social.
You're not selling something you don't believe in -- you're introducing peers to a platform that actually helps them grow and gives them buckets of new customers on a silver platter.

What You'll Be Doing
Proactively reaching out to
mortgage agents, teams, and brokerages
Clearly explaining Intellitary's value proposition to industry peers
Building trust through real conversations (not high-pressure sales)
Recruiting agents onto subscription plans
Helping agents understand how the platform helps them close more business
Managing follow-ups and on-boarding conversations
Acting as a trusted industry voice and ambassador for Intellitary

What We're Looking For
Background in real estate or mortgage lending (licensed or previously licensed preferred)
Strong communication skills
B2B experience
Team Building
Confidence speaking with industry professionals
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Ability to explain value clearly and honestly
Sales or recruiting experience is an asset but not required if industry knowledge is strong
