Job Description

Job Duties:

Preparing the necessary paperwork for our mortgage brokers to sign with their approved mortgage clients Reviewing documents provided by clients to ensure they meet the standards & guidelines of our lending partners Scanning documents and sending to our lending & lawyer partners Following up the clients for missing documents required to complete their mortgage conditions to allow for the funding of their mortgage. Following up the lenders to ensure they review the client's paperwork in the timeframe of their service level agreements. With the necessary experience you will be expected to make a case to the lender on why the documents provided do satisfy the lender condition(s). Following up the lawyers to ensure they have received the necessary paperwork from the lender and have arranged a satisfactory meeting time with our client. Following up realtors for required documentation on files such as purchase agreements, tax bills and MLS listings. Following up appraisers to ensure appraisals are scheduled, payments are arranged and completed reports are forwarded to proper lender contact. Preparing quotes for life & disability applications. Also responsible for sending the signed/waived application to the insurance company. Also assist with cancellations of policies. Assist clients with the setup of their property taxes with the local municipalities if applicable. Review mortgage broker's completed files to ensure they meet provincial compliance standards. Updating our CRM program to ensure our data is up to date. Assisting clients with post funding customer service issues such as their property tax and payment set up issues.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
