Mission35 Mortgages is a busy mortgage brokerage in the heart of Downtown Hamilton, with over 60 mortgage agents and administrative assistants, located throughout the Golden Horseshoe and the GTHA. We value our clients and want to help our clients achieve success in whatever way they define it.
As a Mortgage Closing Specialist your tasks will include, but may not be limited to, the following:
 Answering all phone calls coming into the office when on duty
 Assisting agents by creating mortgage signing package, preparing for electronic signatures
 Assisting agents by ordering appraisals
 Assisting agents by forwarding appropriate documents to the borrower's lawyer
 Ensuring all data is input accurately into all relevant customer portals
-Submitting Compliance package support
 Continued education of mortgage industry and brokerage's standard
 Communicating with lenders, lawyers, and clients to move the mortgage file from a live deal to closed
 Obtaining and reviewing documentation required for lenders and compliance
 Problem solving and taking initiative when an issue arises

Preferred Licensed Mortgage Agent Level 1 or 2 or similar mortgage experience
