WORKING AS A MORTGAGE ANALYST AT DESJARDINS MEANS YOU WILL

ANALYZE, ASSESS, AND HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR MEMBERS AND CLIENTS.

Join our mortgage lending team and take charge of credit authorization, research, analysis and development activities for our personal mortgages sector. Your role will include recommending strategies to implement industry best practices for credit risk management. You'll be required to:

Analyze and respond to mortgage information requests and financing applications Understand personal mortgage goals and alternatives, and be in solution mode Support the business volume of various work queues when necessary Assign a certified appraiser to do the work (when needed), or refer requests to an insurer accredited by the organization, ensuring that the deadlines are met Ensure the sound prioritization of financing applications Help develop and optimize procedures. Work in a production and activity management environment, with deadlines to meet and a daily performance measure

What you bring to the table

College diploma in a related field A minimum of one year of relevant experience in mortgage analysis or in the financial sector Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Knowledge of French required Knowledge of the mortgage approval process Available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
