What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound mortgage applications and inquiries Calling clients and helping them gather necessary documentation Submitting mortgage applications to Prime, Alt-A, and Private lenders Coordinating with lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders Organizing files, preparing contracts, and following up with clients

What You Bring

A

valid Mortgage Broker license

OR

active enrollment in a licensing course

(BCFSA, FSRAO, or RECA) Sales experience (even outside the finance industry) is a strong asset Passion for helping people navigate major life decisions A self-starter mindset, eager to learn and grow Comfort with technology and learning new systems Professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability
