Who are we looking for? We are looking for mortgage agents/ brokers/associates who want to make a significant impact on modernizing the mortgage industry. You are:

• A highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional sales skills.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

You\'ll be working on:

• Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
• Manage your queue of leads with a high level of diligence
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service

Qualifications:

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Mortgage Licence minimum
• A successful track record in sales
• Bilingual/multilingual considered a great asset
• Experience with Filogix is an asset
• Underwriting experience is an asset
• Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset

Compensation

• 100% commissions based role.
