Our proprietary online system simplifies the mortgage journey for borrowers. We currently work with over 25 lenders in the A, B and private market segments and will be expanding the lender base in the coming months.
We are looking for highly motivated, customer-focused FSRA licensed, Mortgage Agents with sales experience who can manage a daily referral pipeline of customers. As an experienced Mortgage Agent on the Frank Mortgage team, you will advise and evaluate deals to maximize client outcomes, provide honest and transparent advice, and process mortgage files promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our lender partners to ensure deal success in accordance with their underwriting guidelines and adhere to the relevant mortgage brokerage regulations at all times.

As a member of the Frank Mortgage team you will:
Provide first-class service to our clients.

Be responsible for the content of all your files upon which you perform due diligence, ensuring compliance with Frank Mortgage and lender policies.
Prepare files for completion and funding, paying attention to documentation, financial and product details and timing requirements.
Co-operate with audits and file reviews as required.
Contribute to the growth of the business through client outreach, operational improvements and idea generation.

Understanding of the mortgage underwriting and documentation process and an ability to understand the underwriting for A, B and private mortgage deals
2-4 years of experience as a FSRA licensed Mortgage Agent. Do not apply if you do not have a mortgage license.
Familiarity and comfort using technology. Familiarity with social media. An ability to discuss technology with customers using our technology platform.
Within 45 minutes drive of Toronto. Majority of work is done remotely but attending periodic meetings in the north end of Toronto is required.
Proficiency in the French language is not required but would be an asset.
At Frank Mortgage, we are on a salary and bonus compensation model. You do not need to chase commissions. The leads are provided to you, and you are paid on your performance. We offer a competitive base salary based on your experience of at least of $60K plus bonus. After mastering the Frank Mortgage approach, we expect mortgage agents to earn total comp reaching $100,000+.
