Part-time hours: 20-40 per week Salary: $55,740.00-$88,450.00 per year Benefits:
- Develop knowledge of lender products, underwriting criteria, and how to read credit reports.
- Gather manage confidential documents including credit reports & employment verifications.
- Advise clients on options & clearly explain the commitment details.
- Build and maintain a strong database organically.
- Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with people within the industry
- Target and analyze client needs, develop appropriate strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.
- Ensure that loans & disclosures are compliant with all relevant regulations & laws
- Coordinate all relevant paperwork between lenders & borrowers.
- Be comfortable in explaining the mortgage process to clients in a simple & easy to understand manner.
- Ensure a presence in the business community
- Be actively involved in the business community
- Manage your marketing, with the help of your trainer
- Mortgage Agent Certification
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development or salesJob
