Seeking remote mortgage agent professionals with the ability to both follow up on company leads as well as self source their own leads. WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:

• Ability to originate own mortgages
• Convert brokerage leads into clients
• Capable of analyzing credit reports, income, and asset documents
• Fast learner in a fast paced environment. We Train new hires to structure mortgages properly and in a variety of ways.
• Gathering information from the customer and taking each file from application to closing.
• Inputting proper mortgage information into the system for processing.
• Ensuring that all mortgage documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and aligns with company policy.
• Consistent and clear communication with the clients on loan status.
• Consult with clients about current and future needs to help achieve their financial goals
