Who are we looking for?We are looking for mortgage agents and mortgage brokers based in Ottawa who want to make a significant impact on modernizing the mortgage industry.You are:

• A highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional sales skills.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

You\'ll be working on:

• Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
• Manage your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service

Qualifications:

• Currently holding a Mortgage License or a valid REMIC/MPC Mortgage Certificate is highly preferred. If not, you must be willing to take the required course within the first month
• Experience with Filogix and underwriting is an asset
• Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset

Compensation

• 100% commissions based role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FreelancePay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 4 - 14 per weekBenefits:
