The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice on mortgage products, and ensuring a smooth transaction from application to closing. Duties

Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex mortgage terms and conditions. Negotiate terms with lenders on behalf of clients to secure favorable rates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Utilize cash management skills to assist clients in budgeting for their mortgage payments. Prepare detailed reports using Excel to track client progress and manage pipelines.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Excellent math skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and payment schedules. Proven negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively. Experience in cash management to help clients understand their financial commitments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. A strong background in customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Multilingual abilities are highly valued, as they enable better service for diverse clientele.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,489.35-$121,739.53 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
