Benefits

Available Shifts:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Please note that this is an in-office position and not remote.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls for towing-related services, including police impounds, accidents, and roadside assistance. Handle the release of impounded vehicles. Prepare quotes for clients. Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers efficiently. Enter calls into our dispatch software system. Process payments and manage paperwork for drivers and clients. Escalate issues to management as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proficient computer skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Excellent communication skills, both in person and via telephone/email. Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure. Team player with a positive attitude. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
