What You'll Do
Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their experience
Manage the reservation and seating process efficiently to optimize flow and minimize wait times
Communicate clearly and courteously with guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly
Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth dining operations
Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area
Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to enhance their experience
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
Uphold the brand's hospitality standards by delivering consistent, thoughtful service
