Job Summary


Join our team at Hyatt House as a Banquet Attendant, where exceptional service and attention to detail create memorable guest experiences. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in banquets to assist in providing top-notch service for our events and meetings.

Responsibilities



Serve food and beverages during banquets and events, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Clean up and reset banquet spaces after events. Monitor meetings and events to anticipate guest needs, including refilling beverages and supplies. Prepare and arrange meeting spaces according to client specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas. Communicate effectively with the team and guests to ensure seamless event execution.

Experience



Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banquet or events-related role. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and move furniture and supplies as required for event setup.
