We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and baking, with a focus on creating high-quality baked goods. The Baker will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Decorate cakes and other baked items to meet customer specifications. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed in the kitchen. Package baked goods for display and sale, maintaining freshness and presentation. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment used in food preparation. Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and placing orders as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Experience with cake decorating techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends if necessary. A passion for baking and creating delicious treats that delight customers.
