Job Description
4 AM Shift Start
As a production team member your top priority is guest satisfaction. Our bakers produce the bakery items for our restaurants as well as preparing other hot and cold products for the sandwich unit.
Are you someone who:
Able to work independently and have initiative to know what needs to get done
Are self-motivated
Are a dependable person
Has a strong work ethic and are committed to your team
Is detail oriented and has exceptional time management skills
Is dedicated to keeping a clean and organized work space
Has a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and communicates well with other team members
Is ready to learn new skills
Has the ability to adhere to policies and procedures and can follow food safety standards and guidelines
Is punctual and ready to make a commitment to being a part of our exceptional Tim Hortons team
Has access to reliable transportation to and from work, including transportation to locations with no public transportation (shift begins before public transportation is available)
