Job Description
We are a French patisserie and cafe which makes everything from scratch on site. We specialize in making viennoiserie (croissants, danishes, brioche), desserts and cakes.
We are looking for an experience Baker with minimum 2 years experience working in a bakery or a similar setting working in our Mark location. No parking available, only paid parking.
Job Requirements
Main responsibility is morning bakeoff with starting time of 12:30 am. Responsible for packing wholesale orders Assist in shaping croissants and making pastry cream Must be able to lift 20kg Must be able to work independently in a quick and efficient manner General cleaning of work station and work area Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, policies and practices Available to work mornings, days and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
