Cashier Shift Supervisor

, at the Morden Food Store.

Location:

945 Thornhill St, Morden, MB.

Status:

Full-Time, Permanent.

Shifts:

Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm, 10am-7pm,


12:15pm-9:15pm (One closing shift per week).


A rotation of Saturdays shifts is required (every other Saturday).


Closed on Sundays.

What you'll do:

The Cashier Supervisor is responsible for delivering a consistent, friendly, respectful and impactful customer experience; provide leadership and direction to all front-end staff; operate cash registers and process payments; cash handling; assist with merchandising; maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards; closing Supervisor duties i.e. performing cash up duties.


The Cashier Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong and proven numerical aptitude with confidence in handling cash transactions. Experience with basic computer operations. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
