Troubleshoot issues within service level agreements and ensure they are resolved. Implement and enhance processes. Process retail and business unit orders, including tracking status, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems and offering service recovery when needed. Support supply chain logistics teams with store readiness procedures, product launches and systems testing. Provide training and coaching to field and internal partners. Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal business units, distribution centers and carriers.
