Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role requires effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solid foundation in early childhood education. The Teacher will be responsible for promoting student development, and ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities

Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports students with disabilities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote student success. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience. Demonstrate leadership in classroom management and student engagement. Organize classroom activities and materials to create an optimal learning environment.

Experience

Montessori Early Childhood Education certification or a related field is preferred. Some experience working in a classroom setting. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively while maintaining a structured environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
