: Montessori School Teacher
Role Overview
We are seeking a Montessori School Teacher to help students develop literacy skills (reading and writing) and expand their knowledge of core subjects. The ideal candidate will use lesson plans, debates, and demonstrations to inspire learning and will monitor and evaluate children's progress.
Primary Responsibilities
Curriculum Planning & Instruction
Plan and organize lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Design inclusive lessons that meet the needs of the entire class.
Identify and adapt to each student's individual learning needs.
Student Support & Parent Communication
Consult with parents on cognitive or behavioral concerns and provide recommendations.
Develop remedial programs to offer additional support and guidance.
Personal & Social Development
Offer tools and strategies to enhance leadership, stress management, self-confidence, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Report any instances of physical, sexual, emotional, or verbal abuse (including bullying and maltreatment) to the school principal.
Modern Teaching Methods
Instruct students on expressing their ideas and needs through dialogue and questioning.
Model and encourage positive behaviors and good practices.
Organize special activities that foster physical, mental, and social growth.
Assessment & Reporting
Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, oral presentations, and homework assignments.
Grade assessments, create progress reports, and conduct parent conferences to discuss results and address learning or behavioral challenges.
Maintain accurate and complete student records (attendance, cumulative files, and progress tracking).
School Engagement
Actively participate in all aspects of the school program.
Contribute to a positive school culture by volunteering in extracurricular activities.
Ensure compliance with all operational, health, and safety standards.
Daily Tasks
Prepare and implement class programs following the established curriculum.
Review and adjust lesson plans as needed.
Administer evaluations and assign homework.
Monitor and report on students' progress and development.
Provide regular feedback to parents on student growth.
Collaborate with other teachers and the school principal to refine teaching methods.

Experience:
