Montessori certification from an accredited institution.
Strong understanding of child development and the Montessori method.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Implementation:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on Montessori principles and the developmental needs of each child.
Child Development:
Observe and assess each child's development, interests, and learning styles to tailor educational experiences accordingly.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a calm, respectful, and orderly classroom atmosphere. Guide and support children in resolving conflicts, managing emotions, and building positive relationships with peers.
Parental Engagement:
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Participate in parent-teacher interviews and school events to enhance parent involvement.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards.
