A respected Montessori school is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Montessori Casa Teacher
to work with children aged 3-6 years in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will hold AMI or MACTE qualifications and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and observation skills.Key Responsibilities:
Guide and support children in a Casa (3-6 years) Montessori environment Maintain a calm, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere Observe, assess, and document student progress Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate with parents Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness in compliance with all regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
AMI or MACTE Montessori certification Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education or related field First Aid and CPR certification Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and keen observation skills New graduates are welcome to apply
