Casa Mia Montessori is a boutique-style, authentic Montessori child care center serving families in a nurturing, home-like setting. We are currently hiring a dedicated and passionate educator to join our

Bambini Toddler Group (ages 12 to 19 months)

starting in October.

About the Position:



Age Group: 12 to 19 months Start Date: October 2025 Group Ratio: 1 educator to 4 children Montessori-based programming with personalized attention Small, supportive team environment Individualized care and respectful guidance philosophy

Requirements:



Current Police Check - Vulnerable Sector (issued within the past 6 months) Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) Child Care First Aid & CPR (valid within the last 3 years) Food Handling Certificate (free version accepted from Alberta Health Services) Passion for early childhood education and working with young children Interest in or experience with Montessori philosophy and materials Strong team player with a desire to grow within a supportive company
