Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and classroom activities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other necessary documentation. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students. Foster a love of learning by using creative teaching strategies that inspire curiosity.

Experience

Proven experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting is essential. Strong background in early childhood education preferred. Bilingual skills in English and French are highly desirable. Experience working in a Montessori setting a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively balance multiple responsibilities. Demonstrated leadership qualities that promote teamwork and collaboration within the educational environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
