Private School is seeking to start a Montessori Program for students aged 3-6 years of age and is dedicated to providing exceptional childcare through the Montessori educational approach. Our mission is to nurture children's natural curiosity and foster a love for learning in a supportive environment.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director to lead our Montessori program located in an esteemed Private School. The Director will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience, ensuring high standards of care and education while aligning with our mission and values.

This role will start with a dual role of being the Montessori Directress and Director until enrollment reaches a point where additional teachers can support the program. This program will include half day and full day opportunities for students.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the school's mission Lead and manage staff, fostering a collaborative team environment Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards Build relationships with parents, staff, and the community Monitor student progress and implement improvements as needed Promote a positive school culture that supports student growth.

Qualifications

Montessori Qualifications Strong teamwork skills Strong communication skills Teaching experience is a plus Commitment to the Montessori philosophy of education
