Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Montessori assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Montessori and working with young children. This position offers the opportunity to educate and inspire students in a supportive setting.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Supervise children during their morning work cycle
- offer redirection or guidance when needed
- Support a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Experience:

- Experience working with children in a childcare setting

- Montessori experience is a strong asset
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of licensed childcare principles and practices
