What You'll Be Doing

Visiting homes in our community to complete audits, check-ins, and reviews Ensuring services meet health, safety, and individualized support standards Collaborating with individuals and their networks to develop person-centered plans Training and supporting staff/service providers on policies and standards Writing clear documentation and reports that help guide service quality

What You Need to Apply

3+ years of experience in disability support/community roles (Preferred) Supervisory experience or leadership exposure is a strong asset Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills Access to a

reliable vehicle

with

$2 million liability insurance

(required) Valid Police Security Clearance Crisis Prevention & Intervention training Post-secondary education in Disability Studies, Community Rehabilitation, or related field (Preferred)
