Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Moniteur(trice) cours de conduite to join our driving school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing students in safe driving techniques, preparing them for their driving tests, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of responsible cooperative and safe drivers.

Duties

Conduct driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safety, traffic laws, and vehicle control Prepare students for their driving exams by providing comprehensive instruction and practice sessions Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills Maintain accurate records of lessons, student progress, and attendance Ensure all vehicles used for instruction are properly maintained, clean, and safe for operation Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes confidence and responsible driving habits

Qualifications

Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for driver instructors Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct diverse learners effectively Patient, professional, and able to motivate students of varying skill levels Strong organizational skills to manage lesson schedules and student records effectively Ability to work flexible hours
