Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a , detail-oriented, focused, enterprising, dependable, diligent, adaptable, agile, diverse, flexible individual to join our team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervision in an unionized environment.

Who you are

• You have a worked in a healthcare related industry, supervising a team for a minimum of 3 years. You have experience in supervising and training experience for a large team.
• 3-5 years of experience
• Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

What you will do

• Supervise the daily operation of housekeeping and portering
• Schedule
• Quality monitoring, daily visual audits and APT testing
• Coordinate the maintenance of equipment
