Mold Maker Junior Leader

Candidate must be an experienced mold maker.

Will report directly to the Plant Manager. Plant Manager will provide coaching and resources needed to eventually become successful as a Senior Leader.

Must be capable of building his own tools, keeping track of build time lines and leading a small group of mold makers.

In order to lead others, the ideal candidate must be confident and capable of performing all duties required to build a quality mold such as assembly and disassembly, spotting of lifters, slides, components, spotting of cores and cavities, knowledge of cooling systems and hydraulics as well as possess trouble shooting skills to address any "after try-out" open issues. The ideal candidate will be expected to attend design review meetings to review designs and express any opportunities for areas of improvement from a mold maker's perspective.

Must be capable of ensuring employees under his leadership are working safely, doing quality work and following build standards. Being a team player, pride in your work and quality workmanship is an absolute must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
