We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Scientist to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in MOF synthesis and characterization for optic applications.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year R&D program: define scope, roadmap, milestones, and critical path; keep work on time and on budget.
Translate high-level goals into executable work packages and experiments with clear success criteria and decision gates.
Lead a cross-functional team (scientists, engineers, technologists)
Establish and enforce SOPs, quality standards, and documentation practices to ensure reproducibility, traceability, and audit-ready records.
Manage budget, resourcing, and procurement; track cost/schedule variance and justify capital and consumables purchases.
Collaborate with team members to design experiments and develop new methodologies..
Experience
A Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience leading R&D projects in MOFs, rare-earth (RE) luminescent materials, and ?-conjugated frameworks, with a proven record of successful delivery
.
Proven experience in a laboratory setting, including hands-on experience with various analytical techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex scientific issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration within teams.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
