Il s'agit d'un role central axe sur le lancement et l'expansion de la communaute de clients axee sur le Quebec, qui agit a titre de point de contact du Quebec dans le cadre du lancement a venir de la communaute d'associe(e)s.


Resume




La personne qui occupe ce poste est responsable de creer une experience en francais stimulante et adaptee a la culture quebecoise sur toutes les plateformes en facilitant les conversations, en encourageant la participation et en favorisant l'etablissement de liens significatifs entre les membres. Le moderateur ou la moderatrice s'assure que le contenu et les discussions refletent les perspectives du Quebec, offre du soutien aux membres en repondant rapidement a leurs questions et collabore avec les equipes internes pour ameliorer la convivialite, la visibilite et l'engagement. Le ou la titulaire du poste renforce la sante de la communaute, rehausse la satisfaction des membres et favorise un meilleur alignement sur les objectifs commerciaux pour les publics internes et externes en participant activement aux efforts de moderation, en coordonnant le contenu et en formulant des recommandations fondees sur les donnees.


Responsabilites




Lancer et faire croitre la communaute de clients axee sur le Quebec et agir a titre de moderateur principal ou de moderatrice principale pour cette communaute. Participer a la planification des activites et au developpement de la strategie de gestion des connaissances, y compris la planification de contenu, l'integration des membres et les campagnes de croissance. Demeurer au courant des exigences de conformite provinciales et des tendances de l'industrie, et introduire des ameliorations de processus ou technologiques. Mettre a jour des elements de la plateforme, au besoin (p. ex. composants graphiques, communications ou elements lies aux evenements). Creer, planifier et mettre a jour du contenu de haute qualite axe sur le Quebec. Rediger de maniere a offrir des informations exactes, concises, claires et adaptees au public cible. Analyser l'utilisation du contenu et les commentaires pour reperer les lacunes, evaluer l'efficacite et apporter des ameliorations. Collaborer avec les expert(e)s en la matiere, les equipes de projet et les parties prenantes pour definir les exigences et mettre au point les solutions actuelles. Evaluer les repercussions en aval des changements apportes au contenu et s'assurer que les mises a jour, les refontes ou la reecriture sont effectuees, au besoin. Collaborer avec l'equipe de traduction canadienne pour assurer une experience utilisateur positive en francais. Mettre a jour l'outil de traduction automatique avec les phrases et les termes couramment utilises pour ameliorer les resultats. Offrir de l'aide dans le cadre de la verification du canal de collaboration interne pour comprendre les besoins du bureau du Quebec : recueillir les commentaires, faire des consultations sur place et suggerer des strategies pour renforcer la participation et la satisfaction. Traiter les recours hierarchiques lies aux avis Google en francais et y donner suite. Agir a titre de moderateur ou de moderatrice de remplacement pour d'autres communautes, en repondant aux publications des membres. Offrir du soutien lie au Quebec/francais, au besoin. Faire le suivi du rendement, des mesures de la communaute et des resultats du programme, et preparer des rapports contenant des recommandations concretes. Partager les resultats sur le rendement et proposer des recommandations aux parties prenantes pour eclairer les decisions et ameliorer les processus et la satisfaction des clients. Offrir du soutien operationnel et effectuer d'autres taches administratives connexes, selon les besoins.

Experience




Plus de cinq annees d'experience en gestion de contenu, en communications numeriques ou en gestion de communautes/programmes De deux a quatre annees d'experience en moderation de communaute ou dans le domaine de l'engagement du client ou de la communaute Maitrise des systemes de gestion de contenu (SGC), des plateformes de communaute et des outils de collaboration (SharePoint, Salesforce, Higher Logic ou outils similaires) Experience dans les domaines de la technologie, de la paie, des RH ou dans un domaine connexe Experience en conception et maintenance de communautes / d'intranet Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (a l'ecrit et a l'oral); forte capacite a ecrire, a moderer et a communiquer dans les deux langues Solides competences en organisation : capacite a gerer des taches quotidiennes de moderation en plus de la planification de contenu et des campagnes de croissance Capacite demontree a planifier et a gerer plusieurs projets, echeances et relations avec des parties prenantes Esprit analytique et experience en evaluation de l'engagement, du rendement et de l'efficacite des programmes A l'aise de travailler au sein d'autres entites fonctionnelles avec des expert(e)s en la matiere, l'equipe technique et la direction Grand souci du detail, sens de l'organisation et engagement a l'egard du maintien des normes de qualite Capacite d'adaptation et attitude proactive, et capacite a reperer les occasions d'amelioration des processus et d'innovation

ADP is hiring a

Bilingual Community Moderator.

The bilingual community moderator plays a central role in launching and growing the Quebec-focused client community group while serving as the Quebec point of contact for the upcoming associate community launch.


Summary




This position is responsible for creating an engaging, culturally relevant French-language experience across platforms by facilitating conversations, encouraging participation, and fostering meaningful connections among members. The moderator ensures content and discussions reflect Quebec perspectives, supports members with timely responses, and collaborates with internal teams to improve usability, visibility, and engagement. Through active moderation, content coordination, and data-informed recommendations, this position strengthens community health, satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives for both internal and external audiences.


Responsibilities




Launch and grow the Quebec-focused client community group and act as primary moderator for that group. Participate in business planning and knowledge management strategy development, including content planning, member onboarding, and growth campaigns. Stay current with provincial compliance, industry trends and integrate process or technology enhancements Update platform elements as needed (e.g., widget, communications, or event components) Develop, schedule, and maintain Quebec-focused, high-quality content. Write clear, concise, and accurate information tailored to the intended audience Analyze content usage and feedback to identify gaps, evaluate effectiveness, and implement improvements Collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and develop current solutions. Assess downstream impacts of content changes and ensure updates, rework, or rewrites are completed as needed. Work with Canadian Translation Team to ensure positive French UX Update Machine Translation Tool with common phrases and terminology to improve output. Assist with auditing the internal collaboration channel to understand needs of the Quebec office: feedback gathering, consulting locally, and recommend strategies to strengthen participation and satisfaction. Respond to and action French Google Review escalations Act as a backup moderator for other community groups, responding to member posts. Support Quebec/French support as needed Track performance, community metrics, and program outcomes, preparing reports with actionable recommendations. Share performance findings and recommendations with stakeholders to inform decisions and improve processes and client satisfaction. Provide operational support and perform other related administrative duties as required.

Experience




5+ years of experience in content management, digital communications, or community/program management 2-4 years of community moderation or customer/community engagement experiences. Proficient with content management systems (CMS), community platforms, and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Salesforce, Higher Logic, or similar). Experience in technology, payroll, HR, or related field. Experience with community/intranet design and maintenance Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); strong ability to write, moderator and communicate in both languages. Strong organizational skills: able to manage daily moderation tasks plus planned content and growth campaigns. Proven ability to plan and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships Analytical mindset with experience measuring engagement, performance, and program effectiveness. Comfortable working cross-functionally with subject matter experts, technical team, and leadership Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Education:



Post-secondary degree or diploma in communications, digital media, marketing, or information management (or equivalent experience) Certifications in digital marketing or community management. Certifications in translation (e.g., ATA Certification).
