We are looking for a special someone to be a model scout on our world class team! As a scout, it is your mission to find undiscovered faces and help launch their journey to the hottest runways and biggest campaigns. Essential qualities that the ideal candidate must possess are confidence, an outgoing personality, a discerning eye that is aligned with Dulcedo\'s vision, reliability, consistency, and an effortless charisma to be able to approach. Bilingualism in English and French is a strong and welcomed asset.

WHAT YOU\'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO:

• Consistently discover and recruit new talent and know the key players in the modeling industry.
• Scout new models on social media, events, and street castings.
• Identify new models that are aligned closely with our current objectives for our agents to sign.
• Provide an exceptional experience to prospective models.

• 1+ years of experience in the fashion industry.
  
• A broad knowledge of fashion, models and photography is required.
• Bilingual (English is mandatory and French is an asset).
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Able to source and identify new faces.
• Dedication and flexible schedule.
• Good decision-maker.
• Good team spirit while able to work alone.
