We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading our sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing strategies to meet sales targets, mentoring team members, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.

Duties

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members. Train, mentor, and support team members in product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share best practices, and motivate staff. Enhance the overall customer experience. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Resolve customer complaints and feedback.

Experience

Experience in a sales role of at least 2 years. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
