Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy
Mobility Account Representative
to join our growing sales team. This role combines
sales development
and
account management
functions, supporting AOS's
Managed Mobility
,
Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
, and
Unified Device Management (UDM/MDM)
solutions.As a Mobility Account Representative, you'll help build and manage the pipeline for our mobility business -- identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing smaller client relationships. You'll work closely with our Mobility Specialists to ensure clients experience a seamless transition from discovery through ongoing support. Over time, you'll develop the skills and knowledge to manage a larger portfolio of accounts independently.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify
and research potential business clients across industries that could benefit from AOS's mobility solutions.
Engage
prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce AOS's Managed Mobility, TEM, and UDM/MDM services.
Qualify
prospects based on technology environment, mobility needs, and decision-making structure.
Coordinate
meetings or demos for Mobility Specialists.
Account Support & Relationship Management
Serve
as the primary contact for smaller or developing mobility accounts.
Coordinate
onboarding activities and ensure client needs are communicated internally.
Handle
renewals, service questions, and follow-up communications with assigned clients.
Identify
upsell or cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio and bring in senior sales support as needed.
Track
all activity, client notes, and follow-ups accurately in HubSpot CRM.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely
with Mobility Specialists to maintain alignment across the customer lifecycle.
Share
client insights, feedback, and market trends with the sales and operations teams.
Continue learning
about mobility technologies, carrier programs, and emerging industry trends.
Build toward
becoming a full-cycle sales or account management professional within AOS.
Qualifications
Experience:
1-3 years in sales, account coordination, or customer-facing roles. Experience in telecom, managed mobility, or IT sales is an asset but not required.
Skills:
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes:
Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn. Combines a hunter's drive with a client-first mindset.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and online research tools.
Work Environment:
Hybrid role -- mix of in-office collaboration and remote outreach activities.
Team Player:
Works effectively with cross-functional teams and contributes to a positive, collaborative culture.
