Job Title: Accessibility and Mobility Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accessibility and Mobility Store Manager to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will manage all aspects of our accessibility equipment store, focusing heavily on the installation and service of stair lifts and porch lifts, as well as managing funding applications and overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation of accessibility equipment, including stair lifts and porch lifts.
Train and guide staff or new hires on the installation processes and customer service procedures.
Handle and process funding applications for accessibility devices, ensuring compliance with relevant programs.
Manage sales orders, deliveries, and overall store logistics.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with installing and servicing stair lifts and porch lifts.
Familiarity with processing funding applications for accessibility equipment.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff in technical tasks.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Stairlift & Ceiling Lift Installation Certification
