Mobile Truck Technician

to join our Operations Team

Compensation:



$35.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsible for performing maintenance and mechanical repairs on heavy equipment, including log trucks, and trailers (experience working with other heavy equipment is an asset). Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to brakes, electrical systems, air systems, hydraulics, etc. Conduct inspections and repairs to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Troubleshooting equipment and perform equipment repairs. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure prompt and efficient equipment mobilization. Maintain a clean and organized work truck. Work with supervisors on various tasks. Provide support for onsite safety requirements. Some other garage-related activities, as required. A company vehicle will be provided with space for tools. Work flexible hours as needed to support operational demands.

Red Seal Heavy Equipment Mechanic certification is preferred. Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Experience working on tractor trailers. Able to live within a reasonable distance of our operation (Central New Brunswick) Call for details.
