We make it a priority to live by our company values and create a great work environment for our team members. Breadner Trailers is looking for a Mobile Trailer Mechanic to join our Mississauga Team. Reporting to our Fleet Manager, your responsibilities would be:

• Inspection, diagnosis and repair of trailers through preventative and scheduled maintenance on site at customer locations
• Perform general trailer repairs on electrical and/or pneumatic systems
• Maintain good relationships with Breadner Trailer customers
• Comply with safe operating procedures and company health and safety policies
• Conduct annual safety inspections
• Follow standard work order process and procedures, ensuring detailed, accurate and timely records
• Build a strong and supportive team network with co-workers, managers and customers
• Maintain a good quality inventory of personal hand tools
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Other various duties as required

What we are looking for:

• 310J Licensed Technician
• Valid G License
• Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
• A cooperative team player attitude with a positive work ethic
• Experience operating hand and air tools,
• Ability to lift heavy parts (i.e. brake drums)
• Knowledge of transportation industry and regulations
• Good written and communication skills
• Experience with welding, is an asset
• Must have own transportation to work and hand tools
