Job Summary



We're seeking a Mobile Trailer Assembly Lead to oversee the production and assembly of smart trailers equipped with surveillance cameras, solar panels, batteries, towers, and communication hardware. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise a team of technicians, ensure build quality, and keep projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the trailer assembly line, ensuring builds are completed on time and meeting quality standards

Supervise, train, and support assembly technicians in mechanical, electrical, and wiring tasks

Coordinate the installation of solar panels, battery systems, towers, cameras, and networking hardware

Conduct and document quality control inspections for reliability, safety, and compliance

Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and work orders; provide troubleshooting guidance when issues arise

Liaise with management on production schedules, inventory needs, and process improvements

Enforce workplace safety practices and maintain organized, efficient workspaces

Qualifications



Strong background in trailer assembly, mobile surveillance systems, or related mechanical/electrical industries

Experience leading teams, training staff, or supervising production in a manufacturing or assembly environment

Proficiency in reading diagrams, wiring schematics, and using hand/power tools safely

Knowledge of solar systems, battery banks, or low-voltage wiring is a strong asset

Ability to operate a forklift safely

Demonstrated ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in an active assembly environment
