Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in loss prevention and surveillance operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises. Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure the safety of the facility. Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, providing assistance as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report criminal activities or emergencies. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.

Skills

Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques . Proficiency in operating security equipment. Excellent observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
