What You'll Do:

As a Mobile Retail Specialist, you'll support customers through every stage of their journey--from welcoming and advising, to troubleshooting and selling.

Your day-to-day will include:

Engaging customers and identifying their mobile needs Recommending tailored solutions and mobile plans Providing device support, including activations, warranties, and troubleshooting Processing payments and accurately documenting sales Maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Supporting store operations and other tasks as assigned by the Manager
What You Bring:

Strong attention to detail and process accuracy Accountability to customers and teammates Clear, confident communication skills Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends Previous experience in wireless/retail is an asset High school diploma or equivalent
