Job Overview

We are a mobile dental hygiene practice specializing in providing preventive and accessible oral care to seniors living in long-term care facilities. Our mission is to bring quality dental hygiene services directly to patients who may have difficulty accessing traditional dental offices.

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is compassionate, reliable, and passionate about community-based dental care to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide mobile dental hygiene services (scaling, debridement, oral assessments, fluoride treatment, etc.) to seniors in long-term care and assisted living settings Travel to assigned facilities (one location per day) throughout the Lower Mainland Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records using cloud-based software Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and health and safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and facility staff

Qualifications & Requirements

Current registration and good standing with BCCOHP to practice independently Valid liability insurance Strong interest or experience in geriatric dental care or community dental hygiene Compassionate, patient, reliable, and self-motivated Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required) Laptop or iPad for charting and record-keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must receive anannual flu shot Experience with ClearDent prefered Preference for candidates living near Downtown Vancouver(for access to office sterilization area)

Compensation

Production-based pay structure - potential to earn up to double standard clinical hourly wages Your earnings are directly linked to your effort and productivity Competitive pay for independent dental hygiene contractors

Schedule & Growth

Part-time:

4-6 days per month to start

Flexible scheduling:

Average shift 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (ideal candidate could work Monday, Thursday or Friday)
