These positions are suitable for wide range of clinicans and mentorship will be provided for those early on in their careers or unfamiliar with community practice.

Responsibilities:
Provide physiotherapy in a range of settings and a variety of clientele
Maintain secure, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with PIPEDA/HIPAA standards. (support and templates provided)
Set and manage your own flexible schedule to enjoy work-life balance.
Uphold a clean and safe environment by following infection prevention and control protocols
If chosing to work with PTAs, manage associated tasks as set out by the CPO
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (BScPT or MPT)
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists
Liability insurance as outlined by the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Demonstrated empathy and patient-centered care, with a focus on supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Culturally sensitive approach to communication and care delivery
Preferred and helpful in practice:
Current CPR certification
Experience in hydrotherapy
Interest in emerging trends in physiotherapy and healthcare
Familiarity with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Life Course Health Development models
Knowledge of mindfulness-based practices in therapeutic settings
Proficiency in a language other than English
Interest in community engagement
