Responsibilities:
- Provide customer first, outstanding service, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction
- Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality by arriving at customer locations promptly and maintaining an approachable, well groomed appearance

- Work safely, following all safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment as required
- Execute tasks efficiently and effectively, maximizing productivity without compromising service quality
- Adhere to company processes and procedures diligently to maintain consistency and reliability
- Keep the workspace clean and organized, maintaining a professional image at all times
- Possess a valid driver\'s license and maintain a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year tire fitter lube technician experience required
- Proven track record of punctuality and professional behavior
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering thorough services without cutting corners
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively in a mobile service environment
- Diligent in following processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Able to take direction
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and tidy workspace
- Possession of a valid full G driver\'s license and a 6 year clean driving record
- Shortlisted candidates must provide a background check
- Please note that heavy lifting may be required in this role up to 100 lbs.
